I am doing an 8-week challenge, so I wanted to check back here on some of my goals for the year. Overall, I feel like I'm making progress. And that is what it's all about, right?
My 2 goals for this week are:
1. Wash my face twice a day. Mask once a week.
2. Recite my positive self-talk in the mirror in the morning.
